Saskia Boelsums spent her childhood in Iran and on the island of Curaçao. As an artist and photographer, she feels inspired by the classical landscape paintings of the Dutch masters. Nevertheless, in her award-winning work ‘Dutch Landscape’ the burning issues of climate change play an important role. Today, Saskia Boelsums lives in Nieuw-Schoonebeek, The Netherlands.
